Our engineering team reviews all custom STL/OBJ files manually to verify printability, overhangs, and recommend orientations. We deliver an e-mail quote (including shipping fees) within 24 to 48 hours.
FDM printing builds objects layer-by-layer. Visible layer lines, seam lines, and support contact points are completely normal features of FDM manufacture. While we optimize parameters for a premium surface finish, these should not be treated as structural defects.
Yes. We package and ship products across the USA and Canada using standard couriers (USPS, Canada Post, UPS). Real-time shipping costs are calculated on checkout or in your custom quote invoice.
Standard storefront inventory purchases are eligible for returns within 30 days. Custom print creations (engineered to order or printed using your design file) are final sale and non-refundable unless they suffer from clear structural or print execution failure.
