By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Ridge Runner MODS, you accept and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our storefront or upload model designs for manufacture.

Ridge Runner MODS provides custom 3D printing services based on user-submitted files (.stl, .obj).

CRITICAL COVENANT: By uploading any file to our platform, you warrant and represent that you own all intellectual property and copyrights to the model, or possess the express, legal authorization and license from the copyright holder to duplicate, modify, and physically manufacture the design.

Ridge Runner MODS acts solely as a mechanical manufacturing agent. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ridge Runner MODS, its employees, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected to third-party copyright, patent, or trademark infringement allegations stemming from physical parts printed from your uploaded files.

We reserve the absolute right to refuse any custom request that we suspect infringes on copyright laws, or is otherwise unsafe or illegal.

All proprietary product designs, product catalog descriptions, layout templates, photos, and branding graphics featured on Ridge Runner MODS are the exclusive intellectual property of Ridge Runner MODS. You may not reverse-engineer, scan, duplicate, or sell physical prints of catalog models without receiving explicit written commercial licensing from us.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without reference to conflict of laws principles. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued usage of our services after such amendments implies active agreement with the revised terms.
