Privacy Policy

We collect contact information you supply directly when creating a customer account, ordering storefront catalog designs, or submitting general support tickets:

• Your name, email address, and phone number (optional).
• Billing and physical delivery addresses to process shipments.
• Design files (.stl, .obj) uploaded for custom print quoting.

We recognize that your 3D design files represent private intellectual property.

• Quote Declined / Rejected: If you decline a custom print quote or if a ticket is rejected, the associated STL/OBJ files are immediately deleted from our server.
• Quote Accepted: If you accept the quote and complete payment, your files are stored securely to allow our machine operators to print the parts.
• Archival Limits: Completed design files are stored on our secure drive for 90 days following courier delivery. This allows us to rapidly re-print parts in case of transit damage or installation failure. After 90 days, all custom design files are permanently and irreversibly purged from our systems.

We do not store credit card credentials, bank accounts, or financial access tokens on our servers. All transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or secure e-Transfers).

Our store uses basic cookies and local storage tokens to store active user sessions and preserve your shopping cart state. These files do not track user history outside the Ridge Runner domain.
