Shop Policies

All Ridge Runner products are manufactured, checked, and hand-packaged in our garage. Because we prioritize mechanical strength and print reliability over rushed shipping, our lead times are structured as follows:

• In-Stock Storefront Items: Dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• Custom STL Print Orders: Lead times range between 5-10 business days depending on order size and print queues. Current print wait times will be stated on your direct invoice quote.

We currently ship to all provinces in Canada and states in the USA. Shipments are dispatched using USPS, Canada Post, or UPS. A tracking number is automatically generated and added to your dashboard profile upon carrier transfer.

Our structural products are manufactured using professional-grade Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printers.

Important Notice: By purchasing 3D-printed parts, you acknowledge that they possess visible layer lines, minor cosmetic seams, and support contact points. These are inherent results of the layer-by-layer printing process and are not structural defects.

To guarantee maximum performance under mechanical load, we optimize structural settings including infill geometries (typically Gyroid or Grid), wall count (minimum 4 perimeter shells), and temperature parameters. We utilize carbon-fiber infused PETG, TPU elastomeric cores, and engineering-grade ABS to resist UV radiation and high-stress scenarios.

We stand behind the engineering of our models. If a part fails during standard use due to a manufacture issue, contact our help desk for a free replacement.

• Storefront Catalog Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original, uninstalled condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Custom Prints & Direct CAD Jobs: Custom print jobs are final sale. Because they are manufactured to your specific dimensional preferences or using your supplied model file, they cannot be returned or refunded once the print queue begins.
• Cancellations: You may cancel standard catalog orders within 12 hours of purchase. Custom print requests cannot be cancelled once the quote has been accepted and payment processed.

Many Ridge Runner MODS accessories are engineered for off-road vehicles, garage tool rigs, or tactical hardware mounts.

Proper installation is critical. We do not provide installation hardware (screws, bolts, panel clips) unless explicitly specified in the product catalog. Ridge Runner MODS is not responsible for damage to vehicles, tools, weapons, or personal property resulting from the failure or improper mounting of our 3D-printed parts.
